 Sometimes there are no words. But there are tears. When the pain and the devastation are beyond what we can fathom, we may not be able to do say anything. We may not be able to do anything. But we can feel each other’s pain. We may have no words, but we still have tears.

The Oklahoma tornado that hit leaves us speechless. The storm was 22 miles long with 200mph winds that devastated the town of Moore, Oklahoma, flattening homes, a hospital and two elementary schools. At least 24 people were killed including nine children and the number of fatalities is expected to rise as the rescue teams search for survivors. Over a hundred people have been pulled alive from the rubble. Plaza Towers elementary school was completely leveled, and parents walked for miles through the town’s rubble to reach their children who were being pulled out of the debris. Neighborhood volunteers and parents formed a line to help pass the rescued children from one set of arms to another until all the surviving children had been carried to the triage center set up in a nearby parking lot.

One of the sixth grade teachers at Plaza Tower elementary school heroically lay down on top of her students to shield them from the rubble. “I was in a bathroom stall with some kids and it just started coming down, so I laid on top of them. I never thought I was going to die. The whole time I just kept screaming to them, ‘We’re going to be fine, we’re going to be fine, I’m protecting you.” All of Rhonda Crosswhite’s students are now safe, and their parents credit their children’s survival to their teacher’s amazing courage.

There were tearful reunions at the elementary schools as parents searched frantically for their children and sobbed uncontrollably once they found them. For the parents whose children did not survive, the night was endless as they ran across the debris in a panic, holding onto their last vestiges of hope until the bodies were found. Whole city blocks were destroyed beyond recognition. Cars were tossed into trees and crumpled into piles. People’s homes were reduced to splinters of wood in a matter of seconds. There is no power and no water. There are hundreds of people still unaccounted for as the disaster teams try to clear away the rubble and treat the injured.

A family of four, including their baby, died in their home as they attempted to seek shelter in their freezer.

The videos and photos of this devastating storm leave all of us without words. The thousands of people who are now homeless. The hundreds of people who cannot find their loved ones. The parents who lost their children. The town that has just been leveled to an unrecognizable pile of rubble. We may not be able to run and help. We may not be able to stop at every street corner. But we can feel the pain of the loss. We can stop for a moment and consider the enormity of the devastation.

There may be no answers. But there are tears. Our hearts go out to the town of Moore, Oklahoma as they struggle to pick up the pieces. We pray that more survivors will soon be found, and we pray for the recovery of the injured. May their homes, their schools, and their hospitals be rebuilt quickly and may they find comfort from their losses. Don’t look away from those who are suffering even if there is nothing we can do, but cry with them. Even if just for a moment. We can’t lose that sense of compassion t . We can’t forget to feel for those who no longer have roofs over their heads as we sit in our own homes.

In a place of no words, there is the human heart. Feeling and grieving and breaking when we are faced with such an unbelievable sense of loss. And even when that is all we have to give, it is sometimes exactly what those who are suffering need the most.

Yorkie rescued 911 — support your local animal shelter

 It took me a couple of years when I moved to North New Jersey to figure it out how important is for everyone to support their local animal shelters first . I came across this wonderful rescued group trough the dog events that I was attending with my dog Lilly. The Yorkie rescued911 from Long island NY, have so much determination to save the lost pets, the abused ones, the homeless  and the ones from the puppy mill .They rely on the donations and foster homes to find a forever home for the pets in need. I was so amazed by how well they took care of the rescued pets, making them look lovely, offering good  training   . They are very careful to give the dogs for adoption with the fear of another abandonment and neglect. They check the house first and interview the potential future owners to make sure the dogs goes to a good home, they do  same with the foster   homes.  They take are of these dogs so well, that impress everyone. They focus on rescue the small breeds, since many times people go shopping for a small dog willing to pay a lot of money stead of save a life of the same type of dog by adopting  that they are willing to pay . They create breeds rescues groups to make easier to people find the type if dog that they are looking for. There are tons of lovely dogs up for adoption that are as much lovely the ones that are for sake in pet store that most of the time comes from a puppy mill. I feel that the dogs that are up for sale also deserve a forever home, but before you shop for a dog check your local animal shelter , to see if you find a lovely dog who were neglect and need a forever home, mostly they need the love that they deserve. I am a big fan of the Yorkie rescued 911 , since I had the chance to see their work closely, their dedication towards the dogs they rescue are out of this world, they work so hard for them,, and they do it in a intelligent way, with ethic and love. They organize several of fun dogs events, with pet fashion shows , dogs birthday bash, they have the presence of Rick carran one of the best dog trainer our there who taught his dogs Julli, Spider and Ruby in how to play poker which is a huge entertainment for those who attend the events,  They have an amazing event coming up on june 9th , a pet show with tons of dog clothing designer , pet shows,and more. They gives a lesson to dog lovers like my self in how to help, in how much these small breed dogs are abandon they same way as the big ones. When people are looking for a certain type of dog they should take a look at the local rescue groups first , Give a big support to your local animal shelter if you are a big pet lover, they rely on volunteer work and donations to save the pets, they need us. Spring fever from Boise Idaho Hackensack New Jersey and NYC

Lilly and I feel fortunate to be able to experience the joy and beauty of Spring in 3 states of this beautiful Country, Idaho and NYC  . We took advantage of all the fun and pretty places where we could see a lot of green, trees and flowers . Spring is so fresh, and inspire us in many ways. I am so grateful to be able to see signs of Spring in Boise ID, Idaho City , Hackensack NJ  and NYC, it is a true blessing to appreciate each season, specialy Spring that deliver so many pretty flowers and colors .

Joyful elements from Spring .

It is not news that every season has the good and bad sides , and that some of them are able to bring extremely positive elements into our lives,per instance , the mild temperature that Spring brings . . We can start mentioning the flowers that starts to bloom during spring and the good weather, and for those reasons, for many this season can inspire most of us in different ways . I particular  become intrigue  by  the reaction to people huge expectation towards  spring s ,  which for many Spring becomes    like this big magic ball full of aliens that will arrive on Earth  to save us all . I find extremely interesting the expectation for spring in most people I talk to, and that perception inspire me and take me to a place where I can really embrace the season and add something nice into it , on my own way .  There is one major factor about spring for me, is that we are able to walk out dogs longer, and they can fee happier . Secondly , the flowers that start blooming all over in different color and shades, and just by looking at them you can't help in not to feel joy due the natural  beauty  that they carry, it reminds us how beautiful our planet is. I am sure there are the bad signs of spring as well, such as people who is allergic , anyhow they still  can have the spring joy , and renovating them selves  trough the transition of the  temperatures . The physical sensations of cold or hot can transmit to our brain the definition of  good or bad. Luckily we have great 4 seasons to be inspired by it, and spring is one of them. I try to grab the most of each season and let my self to be inspire by it , by letting the nature be what it is , it brings me a big peace and a sensation of knowing that things are under control , and that I do not need to be in charge, just learn how to live around what is given to me

Since Lilly Foschino Dog Fashion stared in March 2008, I got very involved in the dog world , and realized how many fun festivities that happen during  spring , where we can enjoy with or dogs, and for that matter I got really inspired by it. As many people knows my York Shire Lilly Foschino  and I  are involved in   many animal and humanity causes, which are pure joy for us regardless of the weather .Before Lilly Foschino dog Fashion was created I   was not able to see the joy during spring Holidays such as  ST  Patrick's, Easter  ,passover  and so on . As a creative director of Lilly Foschino Dog fashion, I always try to bring to the table outfits that will fit the season in a very casual fun stylist way , which can be the way we humans like to dress our selves and our kids. I get questions sometimes about humanize the dogs when we dress them.My answer is very simple, when we dress dogs , specially since when they are babies , many of them get used to it, they create the memory and the habit to dress clothing if we do it everyday , it becomes natural for them , it is the same way    humans babies starts to get dress since they were born.when it is grown won't get comfortable wearing clothing.  you don't dress a baby , and take the human baby to live with wolves without dressing the baby, that baby  Once again, dog's fashion is a statement that pets are forever, and they are part of our family, in other words we should never ever break their hearts by leaving them, they love us so much , for their lives we are a whole .I love to create girly , light weight fashionable clothing for dogs during this season, it is a celebration of our love for dogs with spring.
